Q: What if we are new company and we aren't sure what direction to go in?

A: We will steer you in the right direction. We have more than 7 years (over 20 combined) of Internet and Search Engine Marketing. We will be there from the very beginning, if you need, and we will investigate your specific niche in your specific industry to find the exact keyword strings that your competitors have, and then we'll take it one step further. We'll figure out the keyword strings that your competitors don't have, so you can also get the traffic that they're missing out on, therefore giving you an enormous advantage, at a rock-bottom cost per click (because no one else is really bidding on them). That's just one of the ways we've proven to separate ourselves from the pack and drive more traffic and generate more business for our clients at a more cost-effective price point than their competitors.

There's a lot of redundancy in this industry. How many times have you ever looked for something online and just did one search, and only clicked on one listing? It's not uncommon for consumers to not only perform several different searches on one search engine; it is very likely they will perform those same searches on multiple search engines. That's why we can place you on several major Search Engines including, but not exclusively, Yahoo!, Google, Lycos, Alta Vista, Ask Jeeves, InfoSpace, AT&T Worldnet, Earthlink,
America Online, Netscape Netcenter, DogPile, CNN and many more!FAQ is an acronym for "frequently asked questions."

Q: What if we already have Accounts with Campaigns and keywords...can you just take over those, or do you need to create your own accounts?

A: No, we do not need to create new accounts for you. This will save you on some of your Setup Fees, so be sure to mention that and we will simply use those accounts and then organize and create the Campaigns as necessary and begin from there. We have absolutely no problem in taking over existing accounts, even if we end up gutting them and starting from scratch anyway.

Q: Why choose PPC (Pay Per Click) instead of Optimization?

A: If you have the time and money we recommend that you do both, and we have a couple reputable companies that have proven themselves to us over the years to be worthy enough to warrant our recommendation. Being that Optimization is not an overnight solution (it takes from a few months to start showing any results to over a year to start showing any kind of broad consistent results) and they place you in the Natural Results, which are under the PPC (on Search Engines marked with "Sponsored Results", "Sponsored Links", or something to that effect), then Search Engine Marketing.

That being said, if you have the time and money, and if you're established enough already, then Optimization is a very good addition to PPC (Pay Per Click) Search Engine Marketing Campaigns. So whether you're new to this medium, or you've found yourself at a stand-still with your current campaigns, we will not only get you where you think you should be...we'll take you far beyond!

Q: I've gotten quotes for around $100 a month...is that about what you charge?

A: Our fees vary from client to client, as they are all unique and we custom tailor their Accounts and Campaign Structures to their individual needs and goals at that moment. Then as their goals change we continue adjusting everything to be sure they are always getting the very most out of their Campaigns. Be very weary of quotes that sound to good to be true, because they often are. $100 may be reasonable for your specific case, but also keep in mind that no matter what price range you start at, you should expect to be spending more and more as the months go by. Our campaigns on your behalf will increase your sales, and the revenue generated by this marketing will most certainly be put right back into it to obtain more keywords, get better positions, etc... Therefore, as your sales, revenue, and company grow you will be inclined to keep feeding the fire.

We have a client that started out with a $250/Month Budget (on keywords, our fee aside). We got them the maximum out of that $250, and although they were very happy with that, they knew that they wanted to be placed higher on the search engines, and for certain general keywords. So we started testing different positions with different keyword strings to show them about what kind of costs they would be looking at incurring should they vie for the Premium (Top 3) spots on those general keywords. After slowly increasing their budget to $8,000/Month over the following months we were able to continue getting them more targeted leads by placing them first (1st) and second (2nd) on the more specific keyword strings that we had come up with for them while placing them lower on the more general words. This allowed for them to help exactly who they needed to help while not getting as many "useless leads" (people of which they did not have what they were looking for and/or in the area in which they were looking for it).

This is a prime example of how we maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' budgets. That client, over 3 years later, now spends well over $20,000/Month (on keywords, our fee aside) because they have almost quadrupled in their physical company's size, and their online business has gone through the roof. Because of their tremendous success and constant appearance along side their Industry's Leaders on the Major Search Engines they are signing on as clients their Industry's largest companies and fiercest online Search Marketing competitor's, because now they are a force to be reckoned with and a proven prosperous source for those Industry Leaders to get qualified leads and increase their business, just as they use the Search Engines they also advertise on.

Q: Why should we choose you over the company in the top position for “Search Engine Marketing” on the Search Engines?

A: Being in the first (1st) Position does not necessarily equate to being the best, or even the most reputable. It simply means they are spending a lot of money to be there. We believe in making customers for life, not the life of a contract. Many large companies have teams of sales people in which they believe that their job is done once you fax back that signed Proposal. WRONG! To us, that’s when our job begins. We employ "Ca,pain Managers" because they will set up your accounts and manage your campaigns. At KeywordMktg.com we do not hire sales people. You will be assigned a Campaign Manager qnd he or she will remain your Campaign Manager. A Senior Campaign Manager will also then become familiar and fluent with your accounts in order to monitor their progress and manage them after hours and on holidays and weekends. You will also be able to contact your Campaign Manager via email after hours should you need to, as they are required to chack there emails weeknights at 9pm in order to ensure their West Coast customers ave not tried to contact them during their business hours.

Because we have not spent our focus on making the biggest buck as quick as possible we have made long lasting business relationships by honestly and effectively providing an invaluable service to companies and people when and how they needed it. We do not pressure our clients in to spending more money by telling them that they should be in 1st position on every word in order to have the most success. In other words, we will not lie to you, we will find the best and most creative solutions to maximizing your budget to get you the most out of what you have to work with. 1st is not always the best, and itvery well may be that it is not the best for YOU!

It is not uncommon for us to still field questions and give advice to clients we had several years ago that we set up their Accounts and Campaigns for and trained them to manage, because as a company grows their needs and goals change, as well as the way their accounts need to be managed. That being said, it is also not uncommon for those clients to call us well after we have set them up and trained them to hire us back on to manage their accounts because it is more cost-effective and reliable to have us manage their accounts than to have to find someone to hire on to their staff.

An employee can decide he or she no longer wants to do that type of work, or can become sick and not be able to work for a week, and will most certainly not care enough to make sure throughout the nights, weekends and holidays that their ads are still live because maybe their Primary Credit Card and Back-Up Card were both declined and now their ads are in jeopardy of being taken offline. Say that were to happen on the night before Thanksgiving, then Thanksgiving Day your accounts, along with your ads, went offline Steven, who works for a nominal salary is with his family enjoying a full stomach and watching the game on TV, unaware that his company's Ads are not being seen. Friday comes and goes and Monday morning he strolls into work to a barrage of questions and furious people wondering why they had almost no leads generated, or sales made, over the holiday weekend. He has no idea until he turns on his computer and checks the accounts, only to find that they have been suspended for non-payment.

This is not an uncommon occurrence. Credit Card companies have become very fickle. There are now Fraud Protection measures in place that will often cause a card, that has plenty of credit on it, to decline. Things such as an unexpected high dollar amount charge, or a reoccurring charge that is charging at irregular intervals. We always get an emergency contact number from our point of contact, and this is one of the main reasons. Should the above situation happen (and it has happened), we call our point of contact whom we work very closely with and we are able to resolve the situation. And if it can not be resolved (say every other Credit Card number given has the same Fraud Protection measure triggered, or no one can be reached at the credit card company, than you are atleast aware of the situation and it is something that can be worked on and resolved as soon as possible…not as soon as realized, on Monday morning when you then need to start trouble-shooting the issue.

That’s just one of many examples of what can go wrong “after hours”, and it can be avoided. So enjoy your weekends, and your time at home, or even spend some of it doing work that you need to get done and couldn’t finish during the your regular work hours, because we all know that if there were more hours in the day…we would just have more work to do. But don’t spend it double-checking, or worrying about whether or not something that someone else is responsible for is being done properly or being taken care of as it should. You have enough to worry about.
